We are a trading and distribution company which situate at Kwun Tong area and we are now seeking for the following position to cope our company expansion.

Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales team to ensure shipment schedule to be on time
• Arrange sample shipment, vessel booking, air flight booking, shipment consolidation with vendors
• Preparation of I/E document
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Min. 3 years experiences in handling full set of shipment documents and L/C, experience in toy/electronics field preferred
• Strong experience in liaison with vendors, forwarders and transportation companies
• Tradelink declaration
• Well organized, detail minded, able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office, familiar with Epoch-Tech system will be an advantage
