Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in all-round HR functions, including Compensation & Benefit, etc.
  • Handle and maintain filling system, HR database and records
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the attendance records
  • Assist to participate in ad-hoc projects as required

 Requirements:

  • F. 5 or above
  • At least 1 year clerical experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated with positive working attitude and a meticulous eye on details
  • With strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese WP)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
