Job Description

Responsibilities:              

  • Perform system administration and management.
  • Assist in server administration and daily maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintenance of desktops, servers, network devices and peripherals               .
  • Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Participate in problem management; assist with regular inspection and maintenance of IT asset management, information systems and equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (debug, repair, mitigate, replace,).
  • Responsible for the implementation of application systems and IT infrastructure according to daily maintenance, changes or project needs.
  • Provide support on business application process with iOS/Android platforms.
  • Conduct testing including unit test, system integration test, UAT, load test, etc.
  • Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required.

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above, major in computer science and technology or related fields.
  • Degree, major in computer science and technology will be an advantage.
  • Professional qualification (ITIL and PMP) will be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT technical support in desk side and server side.
  • Working experience in medium-sized enterprises or cross-regional group companies is preferred.
  • Familiar with desktop operating systems, Office and other office software, and basic knowledge of application systems, databases, servers, and networks.
  • Good customer service awareness, communication skills and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem solving and learning ability.
  • Good command in both English and Chinese, Japanese will be an advantage.
  • Capable to work independence with less supervision.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment 

* Candidate with less relevant experience and/or lower qualifications will be considered for the position of IT Support Technician.

** Fresh graduate will be also considered for IT Support Technician.

  • SAN storage – HP and Nutanix
  • Hypervisor – Microsoft and VMware
  • Cloud – AWS, Microsoft Azure and Alibaba
  • Server – Windows, WSUS, SQL, Linux, Ubuntu, Veritas Backup, Symantec Endpoint, Zabbix and Spiceworks
  • Office Automation – Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, UiPath, QlikView
  •  Mobility – Android, iOS
