Job Description

The employee in this position is responsible for receiving, recording, relaying and tracking work orders for maintenance, service or repair work in Engineering Department.  This position also assists with administrative functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive & record verbal or written orders from clients requesting maintenance, service or repair work
  • Generate service reports for maintenance work
  • Maintain and keep records of service and maintenance work orders, service reports and relating documents.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support Engineering as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Good communication skills
  • Well versed in ERP inventory system and Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Immediate availability is preferred
