Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • Provide all-round HR Operations support to AXA Hong Kong & Macau.

  • Responsible for on-boarding, off-boarding, staff movement, employee data maintenance, payroll services, and administration of the benefit schemes.

  • Handle internal / external enquiries related to HR services.

  • Provide administrative duties in supporting HR operation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage on-boarding process e.g. offer letter preparation, background check

  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate employee database (Oracle Fusion HRIS) and ensure the data is updated & correct (e.g. create new employee profile, staff movement update and personal information update)

  • Handle or be a checker for staff movement process, e.g. staff movement letter preparation, probation review related processes etc.

  • Manage exit process and final payment

  • Assist senior staff for preparation of regular payroll and tax return for Hong Kong and Macau

  • Support Responsible for all benefits administration

o MPF - including enrolment, termination, monthly MPF contribution etc.

o Medical Scheme and various employee insurance - including monthly movement, annual renewal, medical checkup, claims, medical chargeback, etc.

o Employee Share Plan - including redemption, annual subscription, etc.

o Staff policy discount program handling and support

  • Visa application for new hires and extension

  • Staff probation and contract extension administration supports and database update

  • Handle staff enquiry for HR operations related areas under agreed SLA

  • Maintain a proper and systematic filing system

  • Provide support to ad-hoc HR projects
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or above

  • 1-2 years' work experience, preferably with experience in Human Resources

  • Attentive to details and data integrity, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Mail Merge

  • Be a good team player with good customer mind-set and good communication skills
