Job Description

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

  • Control quality of washing equipment, chinaware, glassware and flatware 控制清洗餐具和廚房烹調用具的質量
  • Supervise kitchen cleaning/garbage disposal and take a lead role in Waste management 督導廚房清潔、處理廚房垃圾及管理酒店的垃圾處理
  • Liaise and work closely with the Senior Chefs and F&B for pre-planning and execution of delivery and cleanliness of equipment 與資深廚師及餐飲部保持緊密聯絡以安排及執行設備的運輸與清潔
  • Control and ensure that expenses / purchases / requisitions are within budget limits 控制並確保支出/採購能夠保持在預算之內

Experiences and skills required 職位要求

  • At least 5 year of related experience in the hotel industry is preferred 5年相關酒店經驗優先
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese 良好廣東話溝通能力
