Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• To ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the swimming pool facilities in accordance with policies, standards and guidelines established by KHHK 確保每日泳池在酒店的政策、標準及準則下流暢運作
• To ensure the hygienic and safety standards of our swimming pools whilst open; taking an active part in greeting, and providing general information to our members in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the Hotel 確保泳池的清潔符合酒店的標準; 主動與客人溝通並維持服務品質，著重細節並用友善的態度對待客人和同事

Experiences and skills required 職位要求

• Good command in spoken English and Chinese 良好英文和中文溝通能力
• Holder of valid Pool Lifeguard Award 持有有效救生員牌照
• Relevant experience in hospitality industry is preferred 相關酒店經驗優先
