Responsible for all front office functions and staff.

 Responsibilities :

• Managing and supervising all front desk staff
• Maintains a detailed knowledge about the hotel's services and hours of operations
• Handling guest complaints and comments to satisfying guest necessary
• Knows all safety and understands emergency procedures and how to act upon them
• Drive team goals to meet the targets
• Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

 Requirements :

• Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management is preferable
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of Front Desk experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office operation including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
• Shift duty is required
