Responsibilities :

• Ensure the smooth, timely configuration and maintenance of the overall IT infrastructure
• Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software and other computer services
• Ensure that escalated technical problems are prioritized and follow-up actions to fault cases are completed in a timely manner
• Resolve daily IT technical issues and ad-hoc reports or assignments as required

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in technical support
• Certificate holder of MCSE, Azure, CCNA is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in monitoring the performance of wired/wireless network such as Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, Ruckus
• Solid experience in managing Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and knowledge in POS is highly desirable
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Occasional travels to PRC is required
