A Digital Experience Cloud Principal Consultant should be willing to learn and work on Oracle’s leading-edge Digital and Mobility Cloud products. The candidate is expected to possess strong technical and communication skills and contribute to the design and development of projects. Experience in any Oracle DX, Mobility Cloud product and Cloud experience is preferred.

Responsibilities\:

• Be a go-to resource for design and hands-on delivery of Oracle Apex, HTML5, JavaScript based solutions
• Provide high quality solutions to the customers and lead the effort in process modeling, implementation, testing, training and support
• Help establish standards and develop reusable components and help develop a strong collaborative environment
• Continuously develop professional and technical knowledge by participating in development communities, attend workshops and pursue relevant certifications.
• Apply design concepts and best practices (including common patterns and frameworks) to solution design and implementation
• Design, code, test and deliver insightful and architecturally sound business solutions
• Document code and projects so others can easily understand
• Know your application design & data; offer simple, working solutions
• Apply coding, documenting and testing standards to varying complexity work and recommend process improvements
• Recognize upstream and downstream impacts; communicate effectively (verbally & in writing)
• Learn the Business Process for your application, so your code enables business success

Required Skills\:

• 3 years of experience working with Oracle Apex and Oracle Database products
• In-depth knowledge of logical/physical database design and strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong experience in Oracle database and well experienced in SQL, PL/SQL knowledge
• Thorough understanding of application development project lifecycle and methodologies used
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to participate in an on-call development rotation 24x7x365
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Anticipate project risks and make corrective recommendations to project manager
• Resolve  complex project issues by recommending alternatives and implementing solutions
• Expertise in HTML5, JavaScript
• High Performance, high Availability design/ implementation experience 
• Experience and understanding of web services and XML technologies (WSDL, SOAP, API, REST)
• Ability to apply design patterns and architectural principles.
• Ability to work closely with customer subject matter experts and convert requirements into solution design
• Excellent written and verbal skills are essential
• Strong consulting skills to work in a professional manner with customer IT and business users
• Experience with Web Services and interacting with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)

Optional, Good to have Skills\: 

• Developed applications with Oracle products such as Oracle Blockchain Cloud Service, ODA, Chatbots, Mobile Cloud Service/Hub, and integrated with IDCS, OIC/PCS. 
• Hands-on experience with User Interaction and User Experience consulting
• Hands-on experience with Oracle database administration, tuning
• Experience with one or more JS frameworks AngularJS, KnockOutJS, ReactJS, RequireJS.
• Experience with IDCS, SSO, content management and/ or collaboration experience, SOA, BPM human tasks.
• Experience with GitHub, DevCS
• Experience working in an Agile methodology
• Experience on any cloud platform Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, Google
