Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Prepare policy documents with planned service standard
  • Data capture and entry
  • Prepare certificate of insurance and cover note
  • Perform data input for credit card
  • Handle credit card transaction, settlement received from insured/ intermediaries
  • Handle premium refund
  • Provide daily operation support e.g. phone/ email enquiry, fax, etc.
  • Issue official receipt when received premium settlement

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in admin, GI policy admin will be an advantage
  • Good command of Microsoft Office software and English and Chinese input
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese & English
  • Knowledge in AS400 will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduated is also welcome
