Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare policy documents with planned service standard
- Data capture and entry
- Prepare certificate of insurance and cover note
- Perform data input for credit card
- Handle credit card transaction, settlement received from insured/ intermediaries
- Handle premium refund
- Provide daily operation support e.g. phone/ email enquiry, fax, etc.
- Issue official receipt when received premium settlement
Job Requirements:
- Experience in admin, GI policy admin will be an advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office software and English and Chinese input
- Good communication skills in both Chinese & English
- Knowledge in AS400 will be an advantage
- Fresh graduated is also welcome
