Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interview to customers for assigned survey
• Responsible for data processing and report preparation
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Secondary graduate or above
• 1 year’s relevant phone interview or customer service experience is preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel & Word
• Fluent in spoken & written Indonesian Bahasa and English
• Required to work at least 2 days per week
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
