THE JOB 

Reporting to the Assistant Information Technology Manager (System Development), the Analyst Programmer will be responsible for the following duties: 

• To be responsible for application system design, analysis and programming;
• To be responsible for application system maintenance and documentation;
• To be responsible for end user technical and software support;
• To liaise and coordinate with software vendors and user department;
• To devise project planning and schedule for application system development and enhancements;
• To evaluate and testing the package software;
• To provide system installation, user trainings and system demonstration;
• To be responsible for SQL servers administration and management;
• To perform daily IT application administration and maintaining databases integrity;
• To provide application systems support and facilitate user ad-hoc requests; and
• To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.

THE REQUIREMENTS 

• A recognized university degree in computer studies;
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience;
• Solid experience in VB.NET, ASP, HTML, Javascript, IIS & MS SQL Server;
• Good knowledge in web site and web application development;
• Experience in Sun Accounting System, Business Object reporting tool, MS SharePoint and Mobile Apps development would be an advantage; and
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
