Job Description
  1. Operations for Key Repeat Accounts.
  2. 操控重要客户(灵活的)。
  3. Verifies charges and layout of invoice prepared byAccounts Receivable and sends out invoices and Thank You Letters to organization. 由应收款部门核实费用并向组织者开具发票和感谢信。
  4. Obtains feedback from clients and follows throughwith the necessary actions.获得客户反馈并采取行动。
  5. Refers leads and sends Events Profiles informationto relevant sister hotels or NSO/ISO (if any).将有意向的生意信息发送给相关的姐妹酒店或NSO/ISO(如果有需要)。
  6. Ensure highest standards of service and productquality are provided to guests at all times.确保随时为客人提供质量的服务和产品。
  7. Monitors customers' feedback and follows throughwith the necessary action.随时关注客户的反馈意见并采取相应的措施。
  8. Updated the Banquet Management Manual whennecessary in the Internet, which serves as training manual for new hires.必要时通过企业内部网更新宴会管理指南,作为新员工的培训手册。
  9.  Ensure theup-keeping of the Minimum Service Standards.保证并维持最起码的服务水平。
  10.  Developsleads and handles inquiries for social events (eg. weddings / dinner & dance).Maximizes up-selling when possible.发展生意,运作社会活动的询价(例如婚礼,晚餐及舞蹈)尽可能的收入最大化。
  11.   Ensure that the information disseminated tothe Banquet Sales Team are continuously updated (eg.  Banquet inventory list, menus, and beverage).确保信息传播到宴会销售部时是不断更新的(例如宴会清单,菜单,酒水单)。
  12. Closelymonitors account revenue and business production. Adjusts strategies,procedures or account coverage as needed to achieve the planned goals.密切监测帐户收入和生产经营。调整战略,程序和客户范围以实现计划目标。
  13.  Analyses market trends. Under the direction ofthe Director of Business Development plans and implements proactive programswith Director of Sales to improve market share.分析市场趋势。在市场销售总监的指导下,规划及执行实施方案以提高市场占有率。
  14. Reviewsdirect competition and market changes. Ensures complete awareness by theBanquet Sales Team of how to meet these changes and of competitors' activities atall times.回顾直接竞争和市场变化。确保宴会销售部完成宣传如何应付变化和竞争对手的行动。
  15. Responsiblefor quality control & production performance of group catering revenue andgroup room nights.负责团队的餐饮及房间收入,和质量产品控制。
  16. Developson-going relationships with customers. Participates in relationship building visitationswhen necessary.
