Overall operationin control of the Spa and Wellbeing activities. Responsible for the entire operation of the spa and fitness facilities,including consultations, reservations, treatments, retailing, spa cuisine,fitness exercise programs and exercise studio.

1. Supervise the teamand improve their service to go beyond the guest expectation.

2. Work on the sale of HealthClub Membership, make the sale plan and achieve the target.

3. Development goodrelationship with hotel guests and Health Club members, help them select propergym instructor and work out the exercise plan.

4. Watch on theefficiency and profit of Health Club and Spa, find out theproblem and report to the Director of Operations to discuss and settle theproblems, provide related information to the senior management.

5. Interview, train andevaluate the Health Club & Spa team.

6. Encourage andmotivate team members to improve their working efficiency and positivity.

7. Involve in and workon the maintenance plan of facilities, sign the maintenance contract with thesupplied if necessary.

8. Monitor theassumption of guest amenities to control the cost.
控制和管理客用品的消耗，有效进行成本控制。
To carry outregular inventories of operating equipment and take appropriate actions.

Ensures thatHilton Brand Standards are met or exceeded at all times, in the spa and healthclub and in all areas designed for well-being activities.
