As a member of our team in Lenzburg, you will help to ensure that systems and equipment used in the area of Electrical Testing and Visual Inspection are up and running at all times – for the smoothest of operations in BiMOS semiconductor production. Your ultimate goal: high-volume, zero-defects production of power semiconductors (24/7) in close cooperation with our Process and Operations departments. At the same time, we will be relying on your intuitive skills when it comes to quality management as well as your highly structured approach to work and your well-developed organizational abilities. Your responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and professional repairs of testing, inspection, and production equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Provide professional assistance with fault analyses, servicing activities, and technical conversions
- Procure and install new machinery
- Spearhead targeted optimization of procedures in order to improve machine uptime
- Work in close collaboration with Process Engineers and external suppliers
- Ensure seamless documentation of machinery condition and all work performed
- Be available for standby service for 24-hour operations (standby service on approx. every third weekend) together with well-trained team

Your background

- Minimum requirement: Vocational training in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering - Preferable: Vocational training combined with qualifications from university of applied sciences or Bachelor's/Master's degree with a focus on Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Demonstrable expertise relating to electrical systems, electronics, PLC, pneumatics, vacuum technology, and robotics engineering
- Knowledge of systems such as ipTEST equipment, Accretech wafer probers, Rudolph Technologies inspection tools, or Disco wafer saws would be an advantage
- Ideally, several years of work experience in maintenance of measuring equipment for wafer probing and die testing (semiconductor technology)
- Excellent understanding of technical matters, quick intellect, and ability to identify faults/errors quickly and effectively
- Well-developed communication skills (good German language skills essential, command of English desirable)
