To be responsibe for designated accounts given by supervisor
To grow the designated account in terms of revenue, project acquisition, receivable performance and product margins
To introduce new products to the designated accounts/customers
To maintain market share of designated market/customers
To monitor and assess relevant market competition
Supporting potential new customers development activities, assigned by Senior Sales Manager from time to time, by introducing, demonstrating and quoting product
Manage customer relation and grow account revenue
Set tactical acquisition goal and target, monitor and track realization
Support account management day-to-day sales to cash cycle; Contracting, project information gathering, sales kick-off, RFQ coordination, yearly price negotiation, price proposal, quotation submission, project nomination, delivery fulfillment, and Days Sales Outstanding monitoring
Responsible for account yearly budget baseline and tracking
Provide leardership supports to the subordinates
· University (engineering or program management background as an added advantage) ·
Min 5 years of sales experience in the revelant industry
Key Knowledge&Skill 关键知识/技能 (Insert required knowledge and skills填写岗位要求的知识与技能) ·
Can provide quotation proposal, with minimal guidance, to sales director considering all aspects of KPIs, in particular to sustainable revenue growth and profitability of account. ·
Can develop account strategy with guidance ·
Able to communicate tactically to all level of internal stakeholders and customers

Strong project envinronment background will be considered ·
Minimum 5~8 years of account management/Customer service/Sales expereicne in automotive industry
