1) Technical information collection and preparation, interface to R&D and production

2)Warranty coordinator; Record the returned parts from field, equipment malfunction

analysis and cooperate with engineer, quality inspector to provide the solution

3) Technological support to ASM;check and communicate with ASM for order spec.

4) Assist for handling customer’s visit, pre-delivery inspection & training

5) Create and improve product documents,including datasheet, presentation.

6) Support on warranty claim and service bulletin

7) Learn and analyze competitors’ products

8) Other jobs assigned by PSM

职位要求 Job Requirements

1.Bachelor or above. Mechinical/auto major is preferable

2.3 years or above working experience，with good knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic system, it will be

considered as priority if also familiar with low voltage electrical system.

3.Fimilar with using ERP system, like BAAN,SAP and others

4.CET-4 or above, be good at English listening,speaking,reading and writting

5.Be with market analysis experience will be considered as preferable.

6.Good Communication Skill

7.Honest , work hard and team work spirit， able to work under pressure
