Reports directly to Sales Administration Supervisor .


Provide high quality administrative support to the Sales Team, all the way from Order intake, Backlog/Customer information management, Order processing, Delivery time tracking ,Export Control and etc.

Education / 教育背景


Bachelor degree in international trade is preferred


Experience / 经验


At least 1-2 years’ experience in a coordinator or sales support position.


Other skills / 其他技能


1. Use of computer software, Proficient MS-office skills, especially in Excel and PPT

2. Use of general office machines

3. Good communication and negotiations skills

4. Positive attitude, highly motivated and a team player.

5. Perform multiple tasks and remain calm during frequent interruptions

6. Assessing situations / problems and logically finding solutions

7. Provide positive co-operation to the organization

8. Assess situations / problems and logically and creatively finding solutions

9. Familiar with SAP/CRM is preferred

10. Incoterm, customs clearance, LC and bank guarantees knowledge

11. Language skills: Good command of written and spoken English

工作主要内容:

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Working closely with regional manager, coordinate various sales projects and facilitate to achieve sales target and client retention goals.

2. Initiate daily support to sales staff by making quotation’s cost calculation, preparing tender documents hard-copy, checking customer contracts and relative documents.

3. Entering sales order (all types) transaction into SAP system with accuracy.

4. To liaise with client on order payment collection, letter of credit draft and back guarantees checking.

5. Coordinate with other department for order delivery follow-up/expediting and shipping arrangement.

6. Phone contacts with customers for all products and services requests and pass to regarding staff, efficient communication to ensure customer satisfaction

7. Guide sales to follow related company policy/procedure/work instructions and contribute to process optimization based on the daily operation

8. Attend sales meetings, keep meeting minutes, and remind according sales to meet/finish action items in time.

9. Serve as the back office of regional sales team for catalog sending, fax, printing, certificates sending, etc.

10. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
