1. 职位概述

Job Summary

在厨师长的指导下,依照工作流程和服务标准,带领厨师团队完成原料加工及食品烹饪

工作,为客户及顾客提供优质餐饮服务。

In compliance with service standards and operation procedures, a cook supervisor

manages the cook team in food processing and cooking in line with Chef’s instructions.

Satisfy the client and customers through excellent services.

2. 任职要求

Qualification & Requirements

? 教育背景

Education Background

? 职业高中或高中以上学历

Vocational school or senior high school and above

? 工作经验

Working Experience

? 3 年以上的餐饮服务经验

3 years and above of cooking experience

? 1 年以上厨房管理经验

1 year and above of working experience on kitchen managerial position

? 专业技能

Professional skills

? 熟练的烹调技能

Proficient cooking skills

? 熟悉公司营业流程及卫生安全制度

Familiar with company operational procedures and hygiene & safety

regulations

? 食品成本控制知识
