Job Description
  • Provide customer service through phone, email and face to face support for all group users;
  • Support desktop PCs, notebook, telephones, printers and audio/visual equipment;
  • Analyse and recommend new technologies as appropriate for use by the business;
  • Provide technical assistance and work direction to aide other employees.


任职要求:
  • Ability to work with business users in defining local requirements and delivering locally approved solutions
  • Can work independently with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Self-motivated, multitasking, able to work under pressure and to tight schedules.
  • Degree in computer science or related disciplines;
  • 2-3 years’ work experience and demonstrated 1st to 3rd level IT skills.
