Knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to direct and coordinate human and material resources at all phases in a project: origination, initiation, planning, execution and control, and closeout. Balancing competing demands and mitigating risks to ensure an acceptable product is delivered to stakeholders and sponsors within budget, scope, time and quality standards.

• Familiarity with Project management principles, such as Waterfall and Agile (Scrum (certification preferred) methodology.
• Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
• Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.
• Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverable is completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.
• Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.
• Can lead presale activities with sales, with preparing proposal, quotation, presentation etc.
• Knowledge in Automotive especially Car parts or Retail industry is a plus
• Ability to prepare, review and provide updated information for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, and other financial reports as required

任职要求：

• 8 years working experience with 5 to 8 years’ management experience.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum
• Good at team communication
• Have technical background with any of the technical strength – Java or .Net
• Have experiences and knowledge for technical solutions.
• Knowledge of, and the ability to use English in a business context, both verbal and written (e.g. giving presentation, writing e-mail and proposal etc.)
