Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and use ERP system to handle full-set of bookkeeping of clients. Provide financial reports as required.
  • Collect,organize and file clients' accounting documents/books or other related financial documents
  • Handle tax calculation and declaration for clients' within the statuory time frame
  • Collect and check clients' payroll list,social security expense,ect. Deal with payroll payment and IIT declaration
  • Prepare email to clients for team leader review and communicate with clients' local staffs
  • Cover other team member in his/her absence
  • Handle ad hoc jobs assigned by Manager or Team Leader


Requirement:

Education

  • Bachelor degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline

Certificate

  • 会计上岗证
  • CET-4 or above

Experience & Skills

  • Preferably 1-3 years working experience in accounting
  • Proficient in MS office computerized accounting system preferably MS Dynamics(Navision)
  • Basic spoken English,
  • Well-organised, details-oriented,hard-working and proactive
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Highly responsible and able to work under pressure
