POSITION SUMMARY:

The AV Technician provides support for school audiovisual requirements, including but not limited to equipment checkout, inventory, setup, and basic troubleshooting.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Maintains an UpToDate inventory of all audiovisual devices and coordinates the

distribution and installation of equipment.

2.Checks out equipment and loaner laptops to students and staff.

3.Assists with basic audiovisual use and troubleshooting.

4.Follows up when equipment is not returned on time.

5.Maintains contact with end users to assure their tech needs are being met.

6.Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Technology.

• Fluent in English and Chinese.
