工作概要:

5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:

When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.

Front Desk Hosts are responsible for greeting Guests, checking them in and out of hotel rooms, and assisting Guests and enhancing their stay by providing information regarding Resort services, activities and surrounding areas as needed.
This position requires shift duty.
Typical shift hour: Morning shift (7:30am to 5:30pm) ; Afternoon shift (2:00pm to 12:00midnight); Overnight shift (10:30pm to 08:30am).

職責:

• Process all guest check-in/out service, payment transaction, ticket handling, reservation enquiries, information enquiries of Resort and Hotels in a courteous and tactful manner.
• Respond and resolve guest requests, including wake-up call requests.
• Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
• Complete end-of-day activities including reports filing, posting charges to accounts, completing cashier, checking room rate discrepancy, closing reports, running night audit backup, and roll the date.
• Manage the preparation works for next day, including preparing required materials for arrival FIT and groups, prepare folios for express check-out Guest.
• Review and handle handover to morning shift and to maintain good show of the working station with sufficient stationeries filled.

基本條件:

• At least 1 year of front desk & guest service experience
• Must have solid guest service mindset when handling all guests’ transactions.Pleasant personality and strong customer focus is a must
• Attention to detail and strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English and Putonghua

理想條件:

• Previous work experience in Hotel, Guest services, and tourism industry

Preferred Education:

• Preferably with qualifications in Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management
