1. Be responsible for pre-sale and after-sales service, manage and supervise dealers' technical service work, such as machine debugging, equipment maintenance, refurbishment, warranty claim and so on 负责本区域内售前、售后服务，管理和监督经销商的技术服务工作, 例如设备调试、维护保养、设备整修、质保索赔等;

2. Technically take part in field research, equipment selection, scheme making, feasibility analyses and so on, in order to offer strong technical support to Sales 从技术角度参与实地调研、设备选型、方案拟定、可行性分析等工作为后期的销售工作提供强有力的技术保障；

3. Make technical training plans for dealers and key users within Sales Region and then gradually carry out the plans to improve and enhance their professional ability 针对本区域内经销商及重点用户制定技术培训计划，并按逐步实施以便提高他们的专业技能；

4．Provide technical support to show, seminars, fair, promotion and other activities held within Sales Region 为在区域内开展的演示会、研讨会、展会、市场促销等各类活动提供技术支持；

5. Actively support spare part's sales work 积极支持零配件的销售工作；

6. Offer technical advisory service for commercial negotiations, and be able to complete sales task assigned by leader if necessary 为商业洽谈提供技术咨询服务，必要时能独立完成领导交办的销售任务;

7. Others as assigned by leader 上级布置的其他任务.

任职要求：

1. University degree, majored in agricultural mechanical or other related professions, or similar training

大学本科学历，主修农业机械或其他相关专业，或具有相似的培训经历;

2. Five years working experience in a similar position, preferably in the agricultural engineering or mechanical engineering 5年相关的工作经验，农业工程、或工程机械尤佳;

3. High level of communication, willingness and ability to work in a team 沟通能力强，能够进行团队合作;

4. Basic English language skills and MS office skills 掌握基本的英语语言技能，能够运用常用的办公软件

5. Willing to travel frequently 能接受频繁出差
