工作内容:
Responsible:
1. To formulate the corresponding human resource planning to meet the development needs of the company at different times according to the company’s continuous adjustment strategy.
根据公司不断调整的战略目标制定相应的人力资源规划,满足公司不同时期的发展需求。
2. To coordinate with managers to review job responsibilities regularly and ensure that employees are clear about their job responsible.
根据需要定期协同部门经理回顾各岗位工作职责,并确保员工明确自己的工作内容。
3. To abide strictly by the provisions of labor contract law (mainland, Hongkong, Korea or other Asia country), and strive the maintain the balance between the cost of the company and the employee satisfaction in accordance with the provisions.
严格遵守大陆,香港,和其他国家的法律法规等,并在符合规定的情况下,尽力保持节约公司成本和保持员工满意度两者平衡。
4. To improve the company’s compliance/personnel/administrative rules and regulations, and ensure effective implementation.
完善公司合规,人事及行政规章制度,并确保有效执行。
5. The other temporary task assigned by superior.

Requirement:
任职要求:
1. 5+ years of experience as a HR manager.
2. Good ENG.
3. Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
