Job Description
- Undertake system performance analyze and optimization on 4G and 5G modem projects.
- Participate in Lab performance verification scheme design，be responsible for network configurations and support system issue resolving
- Participate in Field performance verification scheme design，be responsible for wireless channel model research and issue reproduce from Field to Lab
- Support software integration test and system test, participate in product enhancement and maintenance.
職缺需求
Bachelor degree (at least 3 years experience) or MSEE (at least 1 years experience) with solid background on software development.
- Familiar with wireless communication system standard (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G), with LTE and NR modem development experience highly preferred.
- Strong backgrounds in wireless communication principle and technology, with experiences of channel model research(Field capture and channel rebuild) and network operations (EnodeB/Core Network/IMS configurations ) highly preferred.
- Experiences of product development and technology research, familiar with test equipment and measurement devices highly preferred
- Familiar with anyone of programming languages, including C, C++, Python, Matlab and ASM； Embedded software programming and debugging experience on DSP，ARM, MIPS, or PowerPC platform.
- Good English written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, strong trouble-shooting, good communication and good teamwork.
