Graduate in computer science or related field, with > 2 years experience in information systems or meets equivalent skill requirements.

Computer Technologies sufficient to direct others in the managed specialty

Knowledge and skill on Microsoft product, such as Microsoft server, windows, office etc.

VPN, Firewall, Email, Web, Security (CISA), Internet, corporate IT LAN/WAN infrastructure and related technologies

Familiar with Microsoft programming

Phones and Wireless technologies

Responsibilities：

Handle somewhat server configuration work( e.g. Trend server , Terminal Server)

Computer / laptop installation, maintenance and repair.

Provide explanation and training on the computer usage skill.

Effectively manage IT asset.

Manage and maintain phone usage and user information.

To register and maintain all technical support requisition.

To perform maintenance on server room.

To perform network and telephone points modification or changes.
