Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Department Head50%):
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative supports for Head;
  • Organize departmental meetings/activities with business initiative and creative approach;
  • Receipt and arrange global visitors;
  • Other affairs arranged by BU Head;

  • Leadership Communication10%):
  • On behalf head, to do some internal communication;

  • Admin30%):
  • Be responsible for department administrative affairs, like update team name list and email groups timely, coordinate name card printing etc.;
  • Preside over team purchasing, supplier management, accounting and other internal system operation.

  • Administrative supports for Team Members10%):
  • Processing of paperwork related to their expat status in the country and payments made on their behalf by the company;
  • Processing of expense reports;
  • Local connection help when needed (i.e., when they need help with Chinese speaking contacts outside the company).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2+ years of working experience in MNC
  • Bachelor or above
  • Good communication and organizational skill
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient English and Chinese in listening, speaking and writing
  • High level of confidentiality requested
  • Good learning & creative attitude preferred
  • Willing to take increased responsibilities through conscious and proactive learning and development
  • Mature and independent
