岗位职责:
1、根据物料销售需求制定采购计划;
2、执行物料采购,并进行相应的供应商日常物料交付管理;
3、系统化管理物料计划和采购流程,有效识别物料供应链风险和进行相应的纠正预防;
4、负责产品相关物料的库存管理,制定合理的库存控制策略,优化库存结构并使库存周转率保持在合理的水平;
5、负责相关物料的进口物流安排,协调和优化进口流程,加快进口清关过程控制等;
6、管理办公区域的小仓库日常操作,包括安全有效地收货、储存、拣配、包装、发货和循环盘点;
7、根据收款凭证,客户需求和特殊销售情况设定订单优先顺序,为国内客户处理订单并将订单录入ERP系统,并确保订单的准确性;
8、在供应链和销售团队之间进行协调,以确保成功订单的进行和产品的准时交付;
9、与销售团队和内部部门合作,提供报表,根据要求并提供分析,解决与业务相关的问题,尽可能优化报告;
10、发布和维护支持销售功能的仪表盘和报表;
11、跟踪预算的销售情况,提供建设性意见,编制月度结算及与预算的偏差分析报告
12、与团队合作,实现公司关键绩效考核指标;
13、履行分配的其他职责。
任职要求:
1、供应链物流管理或国际贸易等相关专业学士学位;
2、有供应链管理相关工作经验者优先;
3、有制造型企业供应链管理计划等优先;
4、能够有计划、有组织性地开展工作;
5、具有良好的分析技能和分析敏感性;
6、良好的口头和书面沟通技巧;
7、熟练运用各种Office等办公电脑软件。
Supply Chain Specialist
Job Description:
1.Set up material requirements planning, purchasing plan.
2.Carry out purchasing as well as related supplier’s daily delivery management.
3.Lead systematic management for the materials planning and purchasing process as the power user of ERP MM module, SCM risk recognition and action to correction and prevention.
4.Responsible for the material inventory management, set out the reasonable inventory control strategy, optimize inventory structure and keep inventory turnover rate in suitable level.
5.Responsible for the material import process, coordinate related forwarder and speed up the customs clearance process.
6.Manage office area warehouse daily operation, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping and cycle counting safely and efficiently;
7.Set order priorities according to revenue needs, customer needs and special sales situation,Process orders for domestic customer and enter order into ERP system. Ensure the accuracy of order entry and changes;
8.Coordinate between supply chain and sales team to ensure the success order proceed and product on time delivery;
9.Work with Sales team and internal departments to create standardized reporting, data requirements and provide analysis to resolve business-related problems. Improve reporting processes whenever possible.
10.Publish and maintain dashboards and reports that support the sales organization and support functions.
11.Provide support to users through data analysis and research of business processes. This analysis may identify gaps in business process and lead to efforts to improve those processes.
12.Work with the team to deliver company KPI′s
13.Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor degree
- Preferable major at supply chain & logistic graduation is a plus point, or International trade graduation.
Experience:
- Experience on supply chain management, planning and logistics is preferred
- Experience in factory production planning is a plus point
Competencies:
- Ability to plan and organize workload;
- Analytical skill and sensitivity for quick tactical adjustments;
- Good Command oral and written communication skills;
- Conversant with main MS software applications;
