Job responsibilities:

? Reflects highest level of project ownership

? Creates an overall project plan, break down to subprojects and coordinates the cross-subproject processes.

? Creates and maintains the overall project metrics.

? Creates the overall project report and forwards information.

? Tracks cross-subproject deadlines, costs, quality and functionality in development.

? Ensures process fulfillment and WP delivery incl. Gate reviews

? Ensures profitability of projects according to targets

? Ensures clear handover from application project to serial without exception

? Controls and ensures application of standards, rules and legal aspects (ethical behavior)

? Leads and controls serial changes, incl. product upgrades, cost saving programs and quality improvements

? Balance between speaking, listening and watching to assess and understand the situation and participants and successfully drive to related goals

? Enhance organizational effectiveness by setting clear targets and working cooperatively on resolving issues on the way to achievement

? Leadership and communication - ensures the 3C: communication, collaboration, cooperation

Desired Skills and Experience

Job Requirement:

? University degree in a related field. 3.

? 3 years above in Auto related industry, has successfully implement one project "cradle to grave" in a lead or sub-lead role. OEM experience is Plus.

? Global projects: international experience through work with remote project teams required, abroad working for 1+ years preferred.

? Local projects: international experience through work with remote project teams beneficial.

? Fluent in both oral and written English
