岗位职责：

1.协助梳理和解读法律合规专项检查工作所涉及的监管规定；

Assist to comb and analyze the regulatory requirements involved in the inspection project.


2.协助制作法律合规专项检查工作的工作方案、检查要点等相关工具表；

Assist to draft working plan, searching guidance and related tools for the inspection project


3.协助沟通各部门（包括但不限于召开会议、进行访谈）并记录和整理会议和访谈工作底稿；

Assist to coordinate each department (including but not limited to holding meetings, interviewing), record and comb relevant working papers.


4.协助进行专项检查（包括但不限于进行抽查、测试、比对等）并记录和整理检查工作材料；

Assist to implement special inspection (including but not limited to sampling, examination and comparison), record and comb related working papers.


5.协助起草专项检查报告等相关材料。Assist to draft inspection project reports and related materials.


任职要求

1、大学三年级及以上的在读学生，法律相关专业或通过司法职业资格考试者优先；

2、实习时间具有一定的稳定性和连续性；原则上每周赴司工作四天以上、实习时间不少于三个月；

3、品行端正、认真细心、踏实负责，能够发现和识别法律合规问题以及起草相关的文书、报告；

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、英语口头和书面表达能力。

Requirements of recruitment

1.Third year and above university students, major in law or pass the BAR qualification exam is preferred

2.Work on site more than 4 days/week, the whole internship period shall be more than 3 months

3.Good character, carefulness and responsibility are required. Should be able to find out and identify legal and compliance risks/issues and draft relevant document/reports

4.Good communicative skills, English skills and drafting skills.
