? Responsibilities/岗位职责:
1) People management
a) Manage Indirect Sourcing team and be responsible for meeting team’s KPIs.
b) Support team to solve any of supply’s major issue to insure 100% businesses continuity.
c) Coach staff, create opportunities for staff development, and make decisions on hiring, performance management, recognition and rewards.
d) Continue to drive talent development.
2) Performance management – set team’s strategic goals and objectives that align with company goals.
a) Ensure hard cost savings are tracked and achieved, this requirement also applies to other KPIs.
b) Manage critical supplier relationships in alignment with supplier strategy.
c) Serve as a business partner to Business Unit by identifying their critical business requirements
and providing procurement services to meet/exceed their expectations.
3) Process management – implement, improve and standardize processes in all aspects of procurement to ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies.
a) Supplier approval, competitive bidding and any other delegation of authority approval.
b) Drive development and implementation of tools and processes to continue to improve management practices.
c) Deploy purchasing control police, working instructions and guidelines to end users.
d) Work together with cross functions to ensure an effective and efficient supply chain.
e) Analyze data and have reports up-to-date to meet management needs.
f) Drive 100% compliance with purchasing policy and procedure, supplier approval, competitive bidding, delegation of authority approval.
g) Develop procurement strategies, ongoing supplier management and evaluation.
h) Develop, implement the procurement plan, lead the bid, prepare RFP and bid evaluation, drive supplier selection; sign and negotiate with suppliers for price, terms and contract;
i) Development, and monitor the overall supplier management and evaluation. Continually search for market insight and best practice. Bring it back to the group and drive for better performance/result upon that.
j) Ensure all verbal and written interaction with all business partners – internal and external is at professional standards.
k) Continually work to improve standards and processes in all aspects of procurement including processes, procedures, work instructions, additional documentation and systems responsibilities.
l) Handle suppliers’ quality issue and internal complaints. JDE purchasing data maintenance.
m) Monitor and improve supplier performance according to supplier performance matrix.
n) Responsible for implementation of Purchasing Policy, working instructions and guidelines for users on how to deploy it.
o) Manage the relationship with strategic & preferred suppliers
p) Other tasks assigned by leader.
? Requirements/职位要求:
1、Integrity.
2、Ability to navigate through a large complex business and solve problems
3、BS and above, Major in Engineering/Mechanical/Automation/Electronic/Chemical/Biology is a plus
4、Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Sourcing or Purchasing background
5、Solid experience and knowledge with indirect sourcing background in Pharmaceutical, Chemical & FMCG manufacturing industry is a plus
5、Skilled in analysis, supplier management, payment forecast, and Supply Chain knowledge.
6、Proven Executive Leadership skills in driving change across an organization.
7、Good team player with excellent communication and negotiation skill.
8、Excellent team leader can lead the Buyers/Procurement Managers achieving the goals.
9、Fluent English in both writing & speaking and good Microsoft Office skill.
10、Basic knowledge on Finance and Contract Management
8、Influence/communication - establishes good relationships with BU and suppliers; drives change across functional.
9、Strong negotiation and presentation skills
9、With compression powerful people, and own initiative driving force.
10、Self-disciplined and motivated.
