QC 服装质检员
职位描述
Final inspections, CAP follow up, unannounced visit.
Responsibilities:
final inspections:
- To carry out final quality inspections in factories, issue inspection & quality documents (English), identify defective parts and issue NC reports based on AQL 2.5 using CAMAIEU standard tools and methods.
- Communicate brand's requirements, key points and comments to factories.
- Analyze the problems inspected, and follow up feedbacks to avoid recurrence of such disqualifications.
- Make sure that the production information is true and accurate, and inspect quality of fabric, Garment accessories, style, workmanship etc.
CAP Follow up:
- Ensure basic social standards are well respected (health & safety, OT, contracts) + communicate well with the factory about the social non-conformities to be continuously improved.
- Issue CAP follow up report within the timeline required by the company (English/Chinese).
- Organize unannounced visit during production.
- Evaluate the performance of each factory.
Requirements:
- College degree in quality engineering / textile garment.
- At least 5 years’ experience in garment technology or quality assurance with strong knowledge of both knit/woven for European market,quality standard,textile material,production.
- Familiar with supplier communication and cooperation for apparel manufacturing in China.
- Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility and staying in factory in China.
- Reliable high level of integrity,pro-active,enthusiast,team work spirit and resourceful to carry out field work independently.
- Curious,good performance under pressure,strong observation and analyzing skills,flexible.
- Strong personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.
- The 3rd party experinece will be preferred / Internal Auditor certifaction is a plus.
- Must be willing to learn and multi-task.
- Continual improvement and customer-focused mentality.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
