1.制订公司财务会计、信息管理、目标成本等内控制度，经报批后督促实施。

1. Formulate internal control system of financial accounting, information management & target cost, and supervise the implementation of the system after approval.

2.建立、健全节约化成本管理体系，使成本体系准确、及时、受控。

2. Establish and perfect cost saving management system to make cost system accurate, timely and well controlled.

3.编制公司月度财务会计报表和年度预算报告，分析衡量各项经济指标，并提出管理建议。

3. Prepare monthly financial statements and annual budget report, analyze and measure various economic indicators, and propose management suggestions.

4.制定公司年度利润预测、财务规划、融资计划、成本控制，通过有效的活动，引导企业向效益型、成本型发展。

4. Formulate annual profit forecast, financial planning, funding program, cost control of the company, and guide the company to develop towards efficiency and cost-oriented enterprise.

5、编制公司月度和年度经济分析报告并提出管理建议。

9、具有良好的沟通能力，与有关政府部门（税务局、外管局、经委、科委、海关、金融机构等）协调；与客户及供应商联系和协调。

9. Good communication skills, coordinate with relevant government departments (Tax Bureau, State Administration of Foreign Exchange , economic committee, science and technology committee, customs, financial institutions, etc.); Liaise and coordinate with customers and suppliers.

10．英语娴熟， 熟练操作财务软件（用友、金蝶），推动并实施公司新的ERP系统的导入和应用

10. Fluent in English, and proficient in financial software (Yonyou, kingdee). Drive new ERP system to be implemented in the company.

11.从事财务工作10年以上，有 5年以上财务管理工作经验。具有中级会计师职称. 具有制造业财务管理经验优先。
