The job holder is the G Field Maintenance Engineer and functionally reports to the G Maintenance Manager. 该岗位人员是气化装置现场维修工程师并且向气化装置维修经理汇报。 The job holder has the responsibility of Supervision and ensure the safety and quality compliance for all Gasification Facility field electrical maintenance including of the inspection, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and support for JVCo work process, productivity improvement, and best practice application etc. Also support project execution, RCA event, responsible for JVCo PM /MI and local regulatory compliance. 该岗位人员负责监管并确保所有气化装置现场的电气维修的安全和质量,包括检查、维修、安装、问题处理和合资公司的工作程序、产品改善，和***实践的应用等等，也支持项目的执行，事故根源分析，负责合资公司气化装置预防性维修/机械完整性管理和当地法规的应用。 The job holder has the responsibility for all the electric maintenance activity and to coordinate the maintenance activities as required to meet the Gasification Facility production demand and to commensurate with meeting all safety, environmental and health regulations and JVCo requirements. 该岗位人员负责所有电气维修活动，并且协调维修工作达到气化装置生产的需求并符合合资公司所有安全、环境和健康的程序和需求。 It is expected this role will have coordination from the P Maintenance Managers, Facility maintenance（Contractors） and operations engineers and Facility Managers on a regular basis. 这个岗位将同气化装置维修经理、维修成员(维修包商)、生产工程师、装置经理进行定期沟通。 DIMENSIONS (管辖范围) All the related Turnaround, project, electric equipment maintenance work orders in JVCo Gasification Facility. The AP/ LuAn JVCo Gasification Facility comprises 4 trains Shell 3000t/d Gasification (each train including Coal Milling and Drying Unit, Coal Pressurization and Feeding Unit, Gasification and Syngas Cooling Unit, Slag Removal Unit, Dry Solid Removal Unit, Wet Scrubbing Unit ,Primary Water Treating Unit and Gasification Utilities(including N2 & CO2 system, Fuelgas system, Dosing system, Cooling Water system and Process Water system, Steam & Condensate system, etc) and 1*35KV/10KV Substation and 1*10KV/400V Substation) to produce 969444Nm3/h Raw Syngas for customer Synfuel Product, to supply 519t/h qualified MP SH Steam to Headquarter at the same time. 所有合资公司气化装置相关的停车、项目、电气设备维修工单。空气化工/潞安合资公司气化装置包括4个壳牌3000t/d 粉煤气化子系列（每个系列含磨煤露干燥单元、粉煤加压输送单元、气化和合成气冷却单元、除渣单元、除灰单元、湿洗单元、水处理和公用工程单元（又包括N2及CO2系统（含开车氮气压缩机厂房）、火炬管道及燃料气系统、气化冷却水系统、气化工艺水系统、气化蒸汽/冷凝液系统、工厂/仪表空气分配系统、化学药品系统、装置火炬分液系统）及35KV/10KV变配电所、10KV/400V变配电所各一座。气化装置生产有效气（以H2+CO计）的能力为正常生产粗煤气约969444.68 Nm3/h，同时副产519t/h的中压过热蒸汽送到管网。

1．Ensure the maintenance work to comply with JVCo and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, BSP (APT, JSA etc) and all other requirements by JV Co EH&S and local regulation. 确保电气维修工作符合合资公司和地方上的安全、健康和环境的标准，履行强制的安全需要和活动，如:安全培训、安全会议、基本安全程序（事故预防技术和工作安全危险性分析）和合资公司其他的安全健康和环境要求。

2. Field supervision of the serviceability of Gasification electric equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements. 负责现场管理，确保气化装置电气设备和设施处于良好工作状态，并满足环境保护、卫生和安全的要求。

3．Supervision the equipment’ performance and reliability for all Gasification electrical equipment regular maintenance and repairing, such as all field motor, switchgear, transformer, DC panel, VFD，UPS, etc 通过定期保养和维修，保证气化电气设备的性能和可靠性，例如所有现场的马达、开关柜、变压器、直流屏、变频器、不间断电源等，

4. Support and coordinate with operation the maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet the customer’s demands. 和生产人员一起协调计划的/非计划的/紧急的维修工作，快速反应以满足客户的需要。

5. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee technology safety and quality. 协调和监管承包商的工作，从技术上确保维修安全和质量。

6. To be familiar with all equipment in Gasification Facility, ensure all Electrical equipment documents integrity and equipment history database, reports recorded in the maintenance system. 熟悉气化装置的电气设备，确保所有的电气设备的文件完整，设备的历史数据、报告，记录并保留在维修系统里。

7. Track preventive maintenance work and ensure to fulfill PM/MI work, such as SAP PM01-03 tasks, troubleshooting, correction. 跟踪预防性维修工作，确保预防性维修和机械完整性工作得以正确实施。

8. Improve equipment’s reliability and focus on major electric failures with operation team. 改善设备的可靠性，并同操作团队一起解决主要电气设备故障。

9. Support root cause investigation and action plan. 支持根本原因调查和行动计划。

10. Technical maintenance SPOC to contractor field group. 是同承包商进行电气维修技术沟通的指定负责人。

JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）

Educational: College or university graduated and holder in Electrical Engineering. 教育：电气专业的大专或大学学历，

Working Experience: The minimum requirements for this job holder are 3 years‘experience in related areas.工作经验：最少在相关岗位上工作3年。

Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable with English language. 有良好的口语和书面沟通技巧，最好是英语。

Able to work independently as well as in a team player. 能够独立工作，团队合作

Basic office software operation. 会基本的办公软件。
