This exciting role offers opportunity to:
1. Develop, implement, and continue to improve the effectiveness of supplier quality management process;
负责供应商管理程序的建立，运行并持续改进；
2. Measure and report supplier quality performance and lead the actions to work on worst performing quality and continue to improve supplier’s performance;
监控供应商质量业绩，领导对业绩不良供应商的质量改善活动，持续改进供应质量水平；
3. Train, lead and facilitate supplier on problem solving and stop repeated issue by correct action;
培训、引导和协助改善供应商质量，提高供应商解决问题能力，防止质量问题再发；
4. Plan and improve incoming inspection of supplied parts;
制作进货检验控制计划；
5. Data summary and analysis
数据统计和分析
6. Work with SCM for supplier’s advance Quality planning activities for new developed projects;
参与供应商前期质量开发，；
7. Supplier site PPAP, owner for annual plan &audits and suppliers’ PPAP release;
供应商现场审核，及主管年度审查计划和实施和PPAP批准；
8. Other jobs assigned by manager;

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above with major in plastic molding Engineering or related majors;

2. At least 3 years ‘experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industry and supplier management;

3. Familiar with quality system and supplier development & improvement;

4. Knowledge in data analysis.
