Performance management / 业绩管理

?Draft commercial plans/budget plans for the following month / 起草下月的商业计划和预算

?Consolidate volume forecast from SMs and track actual volume on daily basis. / 汇总本区域的销量预测

?Analysis business performance for last month / 分析上月的运营绩效

?Prepare and consolidate SD level CPR deck, support CPR meeting and track action plan. / 准备区域销售会议材料，支持销售总监召开会议

?Regular tracking the investment and strictly control the actual expense within plan. / 持续地监控投资情况

Demand Planning / 需求计划
?Make region level demand plan based on sales forecast / 基于销量预测，编制区域层级的需求计划

Market Intelligence / 市场情报管理

Regional Sales Service / 区域销售服务
?Set monthly target for M1/M2/M3 and calculate KPI achievement / 设置M1/M2/M3月度指标
?Ensure WIS system data quality. / 检查STR数据的完整性
?Check STR data completeness and reconcile with STW. / 同STW进行核对发现差异
