岗位职责
l 根据本组市场开发计划,制定个人销售活动计划;
l 通过开发新客户,稳定老客户,以力争达到所确定的销售收入目标;
l 主动挖掘潜在客户,并与客户建立长期稳定的和合作关系;
l 向销售部经理汇报市场信息,包括本市场状况、竞争对手情况、客户反馈意见等;
l 以外出销售、电话联络和信函等方式与所辖区客户保持高度联系;
l 熟悉自己客户分类情况及各客户的需求特点和主要的竞争对手;
l 制定销售计划,并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户;
l 以专业化的形象和服务向会员及宾客介绍,并协助会员及宾客了解会籍等相关事宜;
l 负责收集、整理、分析销售和市场竞争发展状况,提出可行性方案;
l 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格
l 大专以上学历(有餐饮销售经验者可适当放宽),有客户优先;
l 具备餐饮/酒店销售学、酒店管理学等知识的储备;
l 有高级餐饮销售经验者优先;
l 了解合同法、企业法以及有关法规;
l 对销售工作有热情,具有良好的沟通管理及协调能力;
l 工作积极主动热情,抗压能力强,能承受业绩压力。
l 具有市场调查和预测能力,能及是掌握市场动态,并能综合分析,及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议;
l 有较强的语言表达能力,能撰写市场调研报告,具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力;
l 性格开朗外向,形象气质佳优先。

Job Descriptions
The primary role is responsible for managing all activities of COVA business in Shanghai include below but not limit to:
- Establish & maintains the brand and company quality standards of guest service and product.
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
- Making suggestions to management for improvements in all aspects
- Assisting the management in implementing and supervising the Operational Standards as well as internal rules and regulations.
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
- Selects, trains and evaluates all company associates within the team.
- Lead the frontline team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Provide direction to subordinates regarding operational and procedural issues.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Supervise restaurant / retail leaders (waiters, chefs, service).
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards,
- Close coordination between front office, housekeeping, and the sales as well as the guest.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Job Requirements
- Must fulfill the “Foreigner Work Permits” requirements of China
- Bachelor degree in hotel/restaurant management, food service management, BA or related field
- Minimum 8 years solid experience in luxury western restaurant preferably in 4+ stars hotels
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of managing not less than 5 chain stores
- Previous working exposure in Asia / China & familiar with Chinese culture / mentality is definite advantage
- Experience of store opening is a mus
- Fluent in English & Italian, Mandarin speak is definite advantage but not a must
- Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Working knowledge of various computer programs (MS Office, restaurant mgt software, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Communication and leadership skills
- Strong service attitude.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
