Responsibilities

• Effectively assist department head in deal sourcing, managing & closing;
• Support department head on project management by providing superior client prospects, preparing transaction related documents including proposal, teaser, IM, etc..
• Financial analysis for real estate project and recommendation to department head on marketability.
• Conduct desktop and onsite research on potential projects
• Collect market information and maintain internal database.
• Monitor market changes and produce regular investment market reports
• May need travel to other cities around Shanghai including Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ningbo
• Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.

Skills & Experience

• Fluent in both English & Mandarin (written and oral);
• Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word & Power point.
• Great organizational & interpersonal skills.
• Major in real estate, finance or accounting preferred
• MBA graduate essential
• Should have at least two years work experience in real estate, finance or investment related

• 中英文流利.
• 优良的分析能力及演讲技巧，熟练的运用办公自动化软件（包括Excel, Word, PowerPoint）撰写报告.
• 优秀的组织和人际交往能力.
• 房地产、金融投资专业以及工商管理硕士毕业优先考虑.
• 三年以上房地产、金融、投资相关经验.
