工作内容:
General position summary
Under the guidance of the HR Senior Coordinator and working as part of the BST HR team, to assume full responsibilities for HR system/PDO system maintenance, Monthly report collection and data analysis, etc., ensure high efficiency and accuracy in delivering of all HR services. The responsible also includes answering to employee inquires in HR policy and employment regulations/labor law related.
Principal duties and responsibilities
Maintenance of HR Online, update employee's information in time.
Maintenance of PD Online, make sure every step follows the timeline.
Provide information of any staff movement to Cigna for the administration of insurance program.
Provide information to CIIC for new hire's enrollment and employee's departure.
Provide monthly report to payroll team.
Provide monthly people movement report for monthly people movement meeting.
Familiar with firm wide HR policies and practice, as well as PRC employment and labor law related, provide advices to employee and other functional managers in these area.
Provide back up to another HR Assistant
应聘条件:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2-3 years of solid and relevant experience in the above roles gained from multi- national companies or consulting firm.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Strong and proven technical skills in Excel
Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environment
Strong self-initiative and a will to manage his / her responsibilities and work independently
Being a team player with good people skills; able to work effectively with all levels of staff and different departments
Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, meticulous attention to detail and is tenacious with follow-ups
Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
