Responsibilities:
1.The person will handle varied teacher relationship maintanace; including daily reply to complex tickets and inquiries, communicate with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identify and implement service solutions, identify areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations through continuous improvement efforts;
2.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Follow and manage all aspects of teachers' inquiries; Single point of contact for all direct customer inquiries;
3.Ensure accurate/timely issue solution; Provides professional communications to teachers and internal staffs; Able to communicate with teachers and other departments smoothly with prompt response;
4.Understands and complies with company policies and regulations; Acts in a manner consistent with iTutorGroup's values and ethical standards.
Requirements:
1.Excellent communication skills with good command on written & verbal English;
2.Good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills are a must;
3.Broad communications experience with in-depth media relations, issues management, and crisis communications skills;
4.Solid business acumen with understanding of how communications can strategically impact a company’s business development and external visibility/brand reputation;
5.Team player.
