Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
To make regular sales calls on accounts assigned to and keep up-to-date on the clients’needs and sell the products of the hotel that will satisfy those needs.

Maximize the full potential of accounts, make sure that their full potential is tapped, research and follow up sales leads.

To keep in touch with current business trends in the community through magazines, newspapers and trade journals.

To continue to update the Sales Action Plan and other documents related to the sales cycle.
持续更新销售工作计划和销售周期紧密联系的其他相关资料。
To monitor the competitor hotel activity and to obtain market information.
监控同行业酒店最新活动并及时获取市场信息。
Assist the ADOS and DOS to compile necessary reports and data.
协助ADOS和DOS编写必要的报告和数据。
JOB SPECIFICATIONS职位要求:
Good commend of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
较强的英文口语与书面语能力,普通话流利。
Minimum 4 years of work experience in the hotel industry.
至少有四年的酒店销售经验。
Be able to work independently.
具备独立工作的能力。
Possess enthusiasm drive, initiative.

Strong communication and understanding ability with professional spirit team consciousness
