• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.

• Provide continuous support to include technical and product information to all users

• Acquire and analyze customer needs

• Provide design and specification development support to customers, integrators and distributors

• Respond to functional and technical elements of request for quotations

• Perform the required test procedures to include design components, dimensions and assemblies

• Develop the appropriate manufacturing process and manufacturing equipment in collaboration with the Global Engineering Team

• Provide training and support from the prototype stage to mass production for all involved in the process

• Perform technical/ product training for Suhner internal associates as well as for the customers

• Generate continually Product Innovation to guarantee the growth in new and existing accounts and industries

• Travel to customers to preform start-up, integration and training services as required

• Resolve technical customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values and financial objectives

• Develop professional business relationships to include the technical departments of the target accounts

• Provide status of ongoing and future projects with a trackable method

• Identify and evaluate customer's product needs and new business opportunities

• Identify and evaluate market trends regarding product and manufacturing technology

• Evaluate competitors’ technical competences on product and process with suggestions on how to support the creation of a competitive advantage

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience of engineering in automotive company

• Good product development knowledge of Automobile parts,

• Basic injection and stamping process knowledge

• Basic injection and metal material knowledge

• Be familiar with Solidworks and AUTO CAD or similar software

• Excellent listening, speaking and written capability in English; CET6

• Good communication skill and team work;

• Work smoothly under high pressure, good time management and good self-initiative;

• Good innovation ability

• Good problem solving skills
