• To coordinate each department to build safety operation instruction from each working process and each equipment point of view.

  协调各部门从各工序、各设备角度建立安全操作规程。

• To collect and monitor safety operation KPI and monthly report.

  收集和监控安全生产KPI和月度报告。

• To lead the monthly or quarterly company safety operation inspection.

  负责公司月度或季度安全运行检查。

• To launch the safety training to employee, regularly and new comer.

  定期对员工和新员工进行安全培训。

• To proceed the safety related medical inspection for employees who needs it on his position.

  为本岗位有需要的员工进行安全相关的医疗检查。

• To assist AREZ for the safety exercise (such as fire control exercise).

  协助亚雷斯进行安全演习(如消防演习)。

• Leading to investigate and take action for safety issue.

  领导对安全问题进行调查并采取行动。

• Build reporting channel.

  构建报告渠道。

• To check and approve the change management process (new equipment launch, new working process launch, workshop location change…) from safety point of view.

  从安全的角度审核和批准变更管理流程(新设备投产、新工作流程投产、车间位置变更……)。

• To make up occupational diseases Ledger, constitute Precaution and tracking.

  编制职业病台账，做好预防和跟踪工作。

• Environment Support

• To collect environment related legal document or regulation and launch in company if necessary.

  收集与环境有关的法律文件或法规，必要时在公司内发布。

• To collect and monitor environment KPI and monthly report.

  收集和监控环境KPI和月度报告。

• To proceed the process to have the third party for environment related inspection.

  进行有关环境的第三方检验。

• Leading to investigate and take action for environment issue.

  领导对环境问题进行调查并采取行动。

• Build reporting channel.

• To be the window person and coordinator for administrative issue.

  担任行政事务的窗口人员和协调人员。

• To be the window person to collect and evaluate the performance of other department from network: mold department, equipment department, logistic center, purchase department, IT department.

  负责从模具部门、设备部门、物流中心、采购部门、IT部门等网络部门收集和评估其他部门绩效。

• Report and push for action is necessary.

任职要求：

College or above

大专或以上.

EHS or related area.

EHS或相关专业.

Position Experience 3-5 years

Registered Safety Engineer certificate or Safety coordinator certificate

注册安全工程师资格证书或安全员证书

Knowledge of the safety manage and related constitutional laws and regulations

了解安全管理知识和相应的国家法律法规

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

熟悉办公软件

Strong organizing capabilities and communication capabilities.

较强的组织和沟通能力.

Strong dealing with emergency and sudden event capabilities.

应急能力和处理突发事件的能力.

Know basal working accident process and first aid skills.

掌握基本的工伤急救技能。
