  • Take part in the planning and costing of menus.

  • Develop and write standard recipes.

  • Develop new dishes and products.

  • Ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained.

  • Maintain Team Restaurant is kept to the required level of hygiene as required by the local health and sanitation law.

  • Supervise cleaning of the kitchen, service area, storeroom and equipment.

  • Take part in the preparation and planning and department/unit/outlet goals and objectives.

  • Establish standards of food quality and preparation and ensure they are strictly adhered to.

  • Assist with the development of new products and services.

  • 5-8 years as Head of Kitchen in 4/5 Star category Hotel or individual restaurants with high standards. 五至八年厨房工作经验。
  • High School Diploma or equivalent .

  • Up to date Sanitation Classes and master Knowledge & standard of FSAA.
    更新的卫生课程,精通食品安全年度审计的知识与标准。
  • Health Certificate
