  Be responsible in assisting the store to achieve sales budget and to generate incremental sales in the business of health & wellness, by delivering exemplary customer service and excellent product knowledge on health care to our customers, also support Store level management team by assisting with promotional display, ensuring merchandising standards are met and regular housekeeping within the health & wellness areas.

  负责协助店铺当班达到销售目标以及提供良好的顾客服务和专业的产品知识以增加健康部门的销售，同时协助店铺维持规范的陈列，保证符合药品的标准。

• Customer Service 顾客服务

  1. Implementation of the 3 Golden Rules of Service to improve customer service

  贯彻三大黄金服务法则以提高客户服务水平

• Interacting with customers to understand their needs and wants, deliver attentive and professional service to customers

  聆听顾客的需要,提供有效和专业的服务

• Providing volunteer consultation and convenient service, including blood pressure and body weight measuring following company rules and operation demand

  根据公司规定及营运要求提供义务咨询和便民服务，包括血压和体重测量

• Treating the commodity quality that customers reflect earnestly and make detailed records. When meeting with the report of severe drug allergy, report it to the pharmacist manager in time.

  对顾客反映的商品质量，要认真对待，详细记录，及时处理。重大药物反应要及时向药师主管汇报

  
  
  • Store Operation 店铺营运

• Arranging related sales to cleaning products and shelves when entering the designated store, maintain store appearance and merchandising standards

  安排健康部门的促销清洁货品和货架，以药品规定规范陈列

  2. Increasing the sales volume of the dispensary with your specialized knowledge.

  专业增加货品的销售

  3. According to the quantities of medicines sales and storage, order and keep the reasonable Storage to the highest benefit.

  根据药品的销售量、库存量订货并保持合理的库存量以达***效益

• Be responsibility of the medicines quality and signs on the notebook of quality-checking and valid days. The valid medicines (in three years) should be pasted on the wall, that is to say, on the wall beside the medicine counter.

  负责控制药品质量，在库存药品质量检验记录本以及有效期记录本上签字，效期药品（效期在三年以内）应贴在墙上，即应贴在仓库药架或药柜边的墙上

• Carrying out store promotion set up and layout during monthly promotion changeover. Monitor the performance of promotional items and provide regular feedback to Management Key-holder.

  根据每期促销陈列货品，监管促销货品的销售和提供有效反馈给店铺当班

• Adhering to all store regulations and policies, including store briefing, duty roster, annual leave arrangement, etc. Any deviation should be reported to the Key-holder immediately。

  遵从店铺所有的规章制度和政策规定，包括店铺班前会、上班考勤以及年假安排等，有任何突发事件要***时间向店铺当班反映。

• Do the cash job following the procedure

  • Document and 文件管理

• Completing the medicine report and order from DC/ DSD suppliers, and sign every Monday

  每周日做好药品报表以及仓库/供应商药品订单，并签字

• booking in the medicine availability record and which will be disabled, and report to medicine supervisor

  做好货品有效记录并将8个月内失效的药品报药师主管

• According to , checking in the products received record, finished the medicine management, and be monitored by medicine supervisor

  按照《GSP》标准，做好收货记录, 按时完成药品质量管理台账记录，并由药师主管负责监督检查

• Personal Qualities&Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格

  1. Senior high school or vocational training school or above，major in medicine/physic/nursing.

  高中/中专或以上学历，主修医学、药学、护理专业

  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Passion in delivering quality and professional customer service

  良好的沟通技巧和顾客服务意识

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision, and in a team，

  主动工作和有团队精神

• Pharmacist Diploma is must applying Pharmacist.

  药剂师需持药剂师证或执业药师证.
