职位：Chemist 实验室技术员
1. Carried out hands on experiment on unit operations mainly focus on mixing, blending, casting, pressing and polymerization. Direct personnel controlling equipment used for such unit operations.
2. Complete the assignments involve data collection, technical analysis, findings summary in written technical reports.
3. Assist process and packaging engineer to solve product/package quality issue.
4. Maintain accurate lab notebook records and file reports for experimental work.
5. Assist researchers to conduct literature searching.
6. Maintain lab daily 5S.
对机组运行进行了实践性试验，主要集中在搅拌、混合、浇注、压制、聚合等方面。指导人员控制用于此类单元操作的设备。
完成作业，包括数据收集、技术分析、书面技术报告中的调查结果总结。
协助工艺和包装工程师解决产品/包装质量问题。
保持准确的实验记录和实验报告。
协助资深研究人员进行文献检索 。
每天维护实验室5s 。

技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in materials processing or physical chemistry
2. 1 year of experience for Bachelor or Fresh Master, years of experience will determine grade level and title
3. Knowledge of physical chemistry or materials processing principles and techniques
4. Works independently and delivers results on time
5. Strong ownership and good willing for teamwork
6. Ability to write English reports
