2.研究各項美國稅務諮詢議題，包括赴美投資、美商回台上市、跨國交易、集團稅務重整等

1. 英文能力須具備BULATS 60分/TOEIC 785分以上或其他英文測驗同等標準
2. 通過美國會計師考試者尤佳

3. 薪資待遇：月薪 3萬4仟元 至 4萬5仟元
